  • Just wanted to clarify on the "proposed online database that would provide easy access to all federal spending," because my original post wasn't all that clear.




    The proposal is for a website that allows the public to view government spending (what and how much), which will allow for better oversight and smarter decisions by the voters.





    Any sane democratic-minded person would be in favor of this, so it has to be the tubes! ;-)
  • TPMmuckraker reports today, that Senator Robert Byrd (D-West Virginia) may also be holding up the bill.
