It should solve your spam problem. After I installed that WP plugin very few comments got through, and when they did Askimet caught them.

It's looking to be a good install. Since I activated this AM, 225 attempts caught. No spam got through yet...

We'll see, if this doesn't solve the problem I may move back to Textpattern.

Bad Behavior rules! The amount of spam it blocked on my site before hitting Askimet was insane. Something around 1,000 or so requests a week. Haven't noticed anything that crazy with my Textpattern install. For whatever Wordpress gets exploited more.
